It would be interesting to see guys like Naman Shaw, Sayantani Ghosh, Sriti Jha, Sarwar Ahuja all in a Bong movie - that would make it worth watching, instead of the usual Prasenjit doo-doo. Or for that matter in a serial - none of the Bong channels currently have any serial worth watching that's out of this century.

So is Sarwar going to be voice dubbed, or will he just recite what he sees on a teleprompter, or does he actually know Bengali?

Yeah Pia, Ganer Opare is really gud, 👏 but I watch the repeats since its Jyoti for me at 8:30 but on Saturdays I do watch it at 8:30

Sarwar is Punjabi by origin and does know some Telegu due to Hyderabad being his hometown, if regional movies are concerned, he did do some Telegu films in the past, but I am skeptical about Bengali,

I don't watch Jyoti these days , I never watched Suvarnalata at 8:30 pm . I used to watch it when it was at 6:00 pm . And i had read the novel so i know the story .Now as Imagine Tv is not coming i am addicted to "Ganer Opare" Trust me watch some episodes Excellenct show
