Pankaj tells Joyti how he's read and been too see a doctor about treatment for Roshni
Says how Joyti won't have to go to him and all has to do is donate his sperm in the hospital, and then they will put it in her womb. This is the only way they can do the bone marrow transport.
He wants Kabir and Joyti to understand and will leave the decision in their hands, meanwhile back At Pankaj's Choti ma saying she's sure that they will make the right decision.

Mother (Padma) playing with Roshni and opening the gifts, when joyti walks in she says she can't stay long as she came to give Diwali gifts, and then she will have to go. Joyti all quiet and Padma says how shes a mother and she understands as when any mothers child is ill thy worry. Then Joyti says that she and pankaj have to give birth to another child and tells her how Pankaj come up with another treatmen method test-tube baby and she wont have to go to Pankaj but his child will be her womb and asks her what do a mother joyti or wife Padma replies how no matter what she should be a wife and don't forgot don't even think about it think about your husband an any descison should be with your husband, Joyti looking all shocked and finishes on Joyti's distraught face.
