I think he was not married but was in relationship with a girl named Sameera and she might have ditched him as Dadi said while convincing Mann about Geet " Maan har lardki Sameera nahin hoti"

I don't think Maan was married.... But he had a past in the form of Sameera.... Something really bad would have happened between them to make Maan hate all females.... Now Geet has brought joy back into Maan's life again.... Geet is like fresh air for Maan...

I don't think he was married but he 100% had a girl in his life. Whatever or whoever she was I don't like the idea he seeing his lost girl in Geet... Oh please he loves her and only her. Very small gestures of him suggests he loves Geet deeply and doesn't see his past in her.
