Well as I remember Geet once said to Maan that he won't understand how it feels because he has not been engaged before and Maan replied, "Haan Nahin Hui hai." Remember the office scene after he kissed her hand in front of office staff and dadiji. So I thinks he may have ben in love but the relationship didn't went very far.
