- San & Raj return back to the mahal. Choti Maa sees a bandage in San's hand and asks her about it. She says its just a scratch.
- CM then tells her tomorrow is some 'vrat' (Fasting) and all married ladies do it so she should do it. She is also told that we do it if we love our husbands a lot and also if you want the same husband in every life.
- San though not convinced does the vrat. She tells Chuliya 'I don't know why I am doing this vrat. I don't know whether I love him. if I keep this vrat then I am not being honest'. Raj walks in to the room and hears this. He tells her 'vrat', pooja etc you should do only if you want to . She should only do it if she truly believes in it and in the relationship.
- San thinks about it and she thinks that she does not hate Raj but she does not love him too.
- Arya tells Raj the weird scientist needs a machine to put life into the 'body'. For the machine they need money. But Arya cannot get it because he has some work. Raj says he will get the money and give the scientist. Arya says that how can Raj go since San is fasting for him. Raj says I don't think she is fasting.
- Chuliya gets water for San to break her fast. San refuses. Chuliya says I know why you refused, its because Raj is your true love.
- One of the maids comes and tells San that I saw Raj going out with a bag. San thinks Raj is leaving for ever. Chuliya tells San that Raj loves you a lot since he has also fasted and to stop him from going.
- San tries to stop him but Raj's car has already left.
