Treatment/punishment options for Tapsaya/Vansh - Page 5

Some law experts r claiming tht instigating for suicide is not a crime as per Indian law. i want to ask hv they ever heard abt Ruchica case? or they dont read Indian News papers😆😆😆😆. its otherthing tht proving it is difficult in court. but its crime, there is no shak in this matter. but in Tapu Baba case, there r other crime, commited by her, which will be easily prooved in court. so dont worry, anyway she will be punished if the case will go in court (ofcourse if CVs will want it, which not suit for thm).

i also told abt ruchika's case & even abt how many yrs. punishment is awarded 2 the prsn whos charged wid abetment 2 suicide!! but here sum ppl try 2 not understand that also!!😆😆😆

and most interesting they claim tht they r law expert😆😆😆😆 and multitalented. atleast before talking abt technical thing they sd keep away their biased logic.

while vansh had a conscience even while he was in rehab , he had clear cut ideas abt wat is gud, wat is bad , was quick to admit his mistakes, the way he spoke abt himself that he was not a perfect human being, his faults, , his life being dark, he himself knew wat he was , n he had no hesitation admitting that.........

But tapasya has not till now ever admitted that she is doing any wrong , or has been mean

i still think abt that short speech that vansh gave to his fellow inmates at reahb abt how he got into drugs..n how he has been a failure..........it makes me sob 😭

u r absolutely rit Arunima. thts why i m recommending her either 440v shock, or life sentence. as concern to the Vansh, he was realy manupulated by Tapu Baba, but he was gd by heart. whn he realised his mistake, he shot himself. ofcourse it was not rit way, but atleast it show tht he repented. In Tapu case, he make victim herself. there r so many people, who just want to craete a false negative atmosphare around herself and blame it for all her crimes. i know one thing if a person know himself wht is the cause of her beeing evil (as Tapu herself claiming) thn he must hv ability to come out from it. and if not thn he is responsible himself for all his act.
