yep i agree with u all, Zee is using this string tying as drama, to increase trp and to show tradition...usually when u do puja, pujari ties the string to our hand as aashirwaad from god....similarly guru ties string on his shishya's hand to announce beginning of their teaching, its like blessings too, i think thats what they are trying to show here but in very dramatic way 😊
