she never wanted to marry vishal.because at the time of trouble he left her alone.
when the troubles went off he came with a ring.

Vishal asked her to call him if she needed for him to stay and help her.

Mili did not reply. when she did they did not get thru.

So it was mili who was keeping him away. She was shown happy with vishal intitally. she even wanted to tell vishal what happened Abhi stopped her for the reason.

So we can not blame vishal.
