@TM - don't know about the legality/religious validity of either marriage... i.e. Amoli & Radhe completed their 7th phere alone in a jungle somewhere later and not infront of any real witnesses....
Then again if i eva get married then i want only 1 witness (GOD/Mother Nature) but, then I would be smart enuff if I liked the dude to register it
As for Amol & DV ka marriage then for one thing its unconsummated🤣🤣 and last time i checked such marriages can be easily nullified in most countries. DV should TOTALLY seduce her to "legitimize" their union. That apart.. we now have legal wrinkle of Radhe&Amoli's first possible...marriage.
Nobody - neither Amoli or Thakur in this regard was trying to trick Radhe... they thought he was DEAD, so they did not intentionally defraud him, but in terms of pure legality then u have to see if Radhe was indeed declared dead and as such is their some legal validity to their union...
Separate from legality, Thakur has some "moral" claim on her as he did this time marry her from the heart... and I agree with Sin's comments... This is one twisted obssessive illicit love story and the reason I root for him is because of his intelligence, devious style, and dewaanapan (jeene-marne ka jasba). He has influenced and molded an Amoli that under Radhe's influence we would neva have seen. She is his creation and He hers.😈
Edited: Urmi ran away n the status of her marital union with DV is unknown, but she did earlier give blessing to him marrying Amoli and did serve him divorce papers
