well, for a legal hindu marriage "saptapadi" or "7pheras" performed in front of society (just to verify) is enough for a valid n legal hindu marriage, if its first one, n evn second more if first spiuse hs n existence.

Well, fake people, fake society...what sort of joke is that? They all were real people, and Amoli's parents were present there so how does that marriage become fake?Just because people want to justify DV's actions, doesnt mean they can nullify sanctity of marriage. And what about DV-Urmila marriage?Do you think even that was fake done in front of fake people(I seriously dont understand this term.🤔)

Was there even a court marriage the first time. I don't know if people sign papers in villages as i've never been abroad and have no idea how certain villages have their marriage performed. In UK if a person is married they have their own religion ceremony and then a court marriage/registrars office.

i take your side at the end of the day no fomality or legality is above love and
the decisions the heart makes..if amolis heart belives in the marriage to dv then so be it and the same goes for her previous relationship..its fiction after all.

ooh that such a delicate topic....about Radhey Amoli marriage being legal...i absolutely agree...if two living people perform all the rituals in front of living breathing people then i consider them married....so Radhey and Amoli were married and still are....so were DV and Urmila at that time...i m pretty sure that they are divorced now???...arnt they? this is an illicit relationship from the beginning , as in Amoli/DV and it will continue to be so...whether their respective spouses are in the picture or not is irrelevant...it is not a regular lovestory...but a story of someones pychotic obessesive love.
however coming back to them being married to each other...they can not be...when Radhey is alive...but that is DVs obession adn stalkerish quality...no matter how evil he is...he has a one track goal in his mind and thats to gain Amoli's love and acceptance...by hook or by crook...he has played every dirty trick in the book to get where he is right now...his love...yes it is love...extremely creepily selfish twisted...and obessesive it is...it is love.....i dont think he is right and i dont think he deserves his prize aka Amoli's love...but he is an amazing character...who compells u and fascinates u.....he is so smart and intelligent...and most of all mesmerizingly charming..and seriously i m not talking about how hot Sharad is.....which he is by the way...but rather i m talking about attractive i find his intelligence...his way of dealling with people and situations...the command the power that he exudes is something that makes u want to root for him...and because him...Amoli has developed into a confident young woman...if he wasnt their to challenge her...she wouldhave remained that Abhla crybaby Nari....not that she should be grateful to him...but indirectly he has brought her hidden potential out...does that make sense.
coming back to Radhey...Radhey was somebody who was extremely sweet, very nice, very innocent and of course an extremely weak man....the sole reason i didnt wanted and still i dont want Amoli to be with Radhey is because he was so weak...that he could never protect her...he was so detached from Amoli even after the marriage...i understand that if someone doesnt understand a meaning marriage...but each and every person is capable of caring when you live with someone...a person like radhey even though he was terrified should have developed a soft corner for her....Radhey simply didnt show it for Amoli...his care and rebellion came.......much much later...he was a liabilty to Amoli...i mean she was much more in danger to become Devils prey when she was with radhey....simply coz Radhey could be used as a pawn for blackmail...which Devil did....and i believe Devil is still capable of his devious ways so if Amoli decides to go back to him....he will still be a liability...he may be back for revenge....but he cannot change the framework of his personality....thats developed since u are a child.....so still want Devil to keep manipulating Amoli...and Radhey can come and create as much confusion as he wants...but she aint going no where...coz devil wont let her.
