TGIF! After almost two weeks of the threat of floods in and around Mumfordgunj, next week promises fairer skies, with sunny days are ahead. Mil gaya Vakil.
Prats didn't take on the haughty tone with Baba for the first time today while explaining why she had to take Aman on as the lawyer for her father. Baba doesn't tolerate fools and as usual slapped the stranger for his lewd comments. Only weapon readily at his disposal, same one he used on Angad.
Aman is supposedly, a dude from a family with deep pockets, maybe like SS, so he can afford to take this case on for sheer exposure and fighting the corrupt political and legal system. He would be the new bahar wala jawan sher who doesn't shy away from taking on the buzurg sher with far reaching connections around Allahabad. This track will also, hopefully, wake up another naive but tough young sher who is still blind to and has to wake up to his budao sher's sinister plans.
Adarsh and Prats ask Amanwa to take on the case of their innocent father who was locked up in jail. When Amanwa questioned why no lawyer wanted to take on the case, Adarsh's mind does a quick scan and readily picks out their sasurji Takur Sajjan Singh. Adarsh can learn a thing or two from unpud Krishna about family loyalty. No matter how the Saxenas treat him Baba has always respected them and willing to step in as their damadh. Adarsh on the other hand, sees Komal as just another mouth to feed, an upaid guest living under their room who shouldn't be privy to the happenings in the family. Sasurji jayega phurrrrrrr! Listening to Krishina talk about chidiya reminded me Nainaji's dance at success party (udd gayi chidiya phuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuur, ).
Amanwa, haughtily makes fun of Sajjan Singh's name within earshot of Baba. Aman's punishment for mocking the young sher's father's.... a baashan on the difference between chidiya and sher and he did it with a lot of pride too. Baba is going to get the shock of his life when his bauji's sinister actions for political gain are exposed bec' of his sasurji's case thanks to his naam ke vaste patni. But that's a wake up call that is long overdue to bring him to his senses about the family he were born into that has pulled the wool over his eyes for one too many long years, beta!
How come neither one of the Sax siblings told Amanwa the real truth yet, that the Prof. had voluntarily taken up residence in jail at the expense of tax payers for the foreseeable future and didn't want to get out of there, denying any help offered to him right after he turned himself at the police station? I guess that will be for another day, right now all they want to do is reel him in to take the case, as they are desperate. The Sax duo were looking confused and as if they had something to hide.
Every time Adarsh speaks about anything worthwhile, it's in mute mode, we never got to hear his side of the story to the lawyer. Why is that? Hidden clues of future track, maybe?
Prats was happy to win the first round of the battle to save her Papa by finding a lawyer so she flashed him a quick beaming smile and stopped. Has she ever given Krishna a smile like that to date? Nope! He is last on her list to be on the receiving end of a smile, which by the way costs nothing except the exercise of a few facial muscles.
Krishna in his macho way asks to talk to Prats in private, tells her not to go against his father's wishes when the old geyzer gives her so much respect. Prats, as usual holds back from Baba what needs to be said for his own good. She wonders how she'd explain to Krishna the games his father is playing and willing to pawn off his relationships for political power. Being the loyal beta, Baba wants to help his bauji win the elections but Prats is bent on fighting the case before the elections. His loyalty is misplaced this time bec' his bauji is playing a cat and mouse game with both him and Prats and he is too blinded by his love for his father he doesn't see it yet. Suggestion to Prats: How about opening your mouth and just saying it beta, give it a try! He may explode at hearing what she has to say but if she took the time to explain he may see the light esp. after recent events. She assumes the worst of Baba's reaction and let things rot or hides it from him before she's forced to bring it to his attention. By then it's almost always too late and he explodes as usual in anger and she feels she has proven to herself that she is right.Uff!
Baba may have inadvertently given Aman some insight into the enemy they face in trying to fight Prof. case. Aman is challenged and ready to take on the case as he is intrigued by the buzurg sher after listening to Krishna. Only thing he wanted from the Sax duo is to sksd (sachchayi ka saath dena) to which they readily agreed. Let's see how much of the truth they have been hiding from themselves, will they have to face head on in the coming weeks.
This whole track is nuts. Prof. refused help so why is everyone else made to look like they were the ones who tricked him into jail? Creators need to watch out these pitfalls in the future in the name of realism.
Baba was in his usual off handish way talking about utvana a black coat lawyer😲 to fight her fathers case. Baba needs to listen to his own advice, get out there and do something worthwhile with his time. His loyalty to his father and his blind faith in his family is not serving him well esp. in his marriage. One thing he was right about the existing legal system and it's workings.. deep pockets ruled the courts in Allahabad.
BTW, is Aman providing pro-bono services for the Prof.? We never heard any discussion of legal fees on the steps of the courthouse. Adarsh was filling him in on his version of the truth while Prats was looking away distracted staring at where she last saw her Pati Parameswar before he sped off without her (was that a yearning look for a change?
😉😃) Krishna left without telling her when he would be back to pick her up or if he would. But we know, don't we, no matter what, 😉Baba takes care of his beebi, however ticked off he is with her or her antics.
Nainaji took almost four minutes (seriously, no kidding)to get the words out😭 She didn't know if her pati will bail out of jail by the end of the day. Komal didn't see any harm in her sasurji's extended stay in jail until her bauji won the elections. Each have their own loyalties and clash like cymbals for being on opposite sides.
Preview:
SS is buttering up Baba and he is oblivious to it. Katra Naresh challenges Prats "who do you think you are" to which she responds "HUM ISS GHAR KI BAHU". Katra Naresh looked shocked, Amma smirked, Kesar looked scared, SS stared at her and Baba looked tired and confused; Let the games begin.
Bolbo, have your say!😃
