thanks for opening this thread =] I'm glad u have taken over 😛 coz I get rlly busy with work sometimes. Anyways, I watched the saturday episode a bit late but I am so glad that I finally did because I just LOVED the episode!!! A lot of the kids haven't tried latin-american/ballroom dancing on stage before, so it was nice to see how them in a different avatar. For the first time, Sandeep was himself on the show. I liked his personality today a lot. here is my ratings:
Sandeep & Jesse - 10!! loved loved loved Jesse 👏 To be honest, I didn't even look at sandeep, my attention was all on Jesse. She is such a graceful and clean dancer. I rlly liked her on the show.
Manoj & Manpreet - 9.5 - I'm amazed they don't have a lot of votes in this poll coz I thought that their performance was one of the best! Loved it! 👏 and credit also goes to Mayuresh & Vrushali for a creative concept. I mean they could've taken the straightforward route and paired up Avneet and Manpreet but a Manpreet & Manoj combo was different and interesting to watch.
Papiya & Atul - 9.25 - so much masti and maza. it was fun to watch their performance when they started, I wasn't expecting anything great bcz of Atul and Papiya's height difference, but man was I surprised. I don't know y Farah thought Atul looked a little uncomfortable bcz I personally thought he was doing a very good job at it. Both Papiya and Atul's movements were neat, clean, smooth, so I didn't see an issue with it. I rlly liked it!
Papiya & Divyam - 9 - Divyam is a surprise package. Never thought he could pull off samba bcz it is a very high energy and naughty kinda dance but man was I surprised. totally enjoyed their performance!!
Manoj & Avneet - 8.5 - At first, it was hard for me to digest their jodi, but I liked how the performance turned out. Still, not so impressive. I'm amazed it won POTD award 😕 coz at places, it was very clumsy. Lifts weren't clean, some transitions weren't good, but I think it was Avneet's fault most of the time coz Manoj did a very good job!
Vaishnavi & Jeetumoni - 8 - I liked it. I won't say I loved it and I was totally impressed by the two but it wasn't bad. When their performance started, I thought since their heights match with each other, they will look very good performing a duet, but it wasn't that great. I mean compare this duet to that of Papiya and Atul or even Papiya and Divyam. Both pairs had a big height difference but they still performed well. whereas, Vaishnavi and Jitu had an advantage but it wasn't used well. I liked Vaishnavi more than Jitu though!
Vaishnavi & Ruturaj - 8 - It wasn't that bad. I mean yes it was clumsy at places, and some transitions weren't smooth, but it was not totally horribble either. Again, Ruturaj and Vaishnavi had the same height advantage which Dharmesh could've used nicely but the performance wasn't something exceptional or worth remembering.
Overall, I rlly enjoyed the show!! infact this week's friday episode was also very nice. looking forward to next week's episodes!
