A lot of people say it's Hum Dil de chuke sanam but my vote would go to RainCoat. I would rate that as one of her best.

Choker Bali, Raincoat and Guru, though I voted for Choker Bali.
Loved her short yet memorable and sincere performance in Guru, she totally got the mannerisms of the character.
I have yet to see Raavan, I get the feeling that'll be her best, just like hubby dearest. 😛
