This post is one that reflects the feeling of IF posters about the Arushi - Gaurav romance.
What's with Arushi dreaming about getting a yellow rose from the doctor in the very first episode which was similar to the red rose Krishna attempted to give Pratsduring their hollimoon and she rejected. The dream sequence though had the viewers hooked into believing in KNP romance.
There is zero chemistry between these two characters/actors, Gaurav and Arushi. If she is still in high school (12th std) what's the rush to introd. her love story now. She is still a child and not ready for a romance. She belongs to the group of people who are driven by their hormones at this age. Her decisions and choices will be poor bec' we have not seen a mature Arushi at all. Is this story track headed towards child/teen bride storyline?
Arushi speaks out of turn and has been asked to shut up by Nainaji more often than not. How does the romance between her and a medical graduate who is already practising become a believeable one? Their life's experiences and age difference wouldn't have mattered had the characters mattered to the viewers. Why introduce a romance for her when the viewers on the IF feel Arushi adds no value to the show and needs to go .....maybe pack her off to Lucknow for college years. Adarsh was a budhu but at least Komal has enough fire to move that romance forward as a believeable one.
Less than 0.5% viewers on IF like Arushi's character first and foremost. They find her annoying, rude, mannerless, disrespectful and too full of herself to care two hoots about whether she finds romance or not. The doctor seems dull and has no sparkle so how do the Creators plan to interest the viewer into tuning in for this boring story....................it would be more exciting watching paint dry on four walls of a room.
