Have just started watching this soap and it seems quite good. Dialogues are very gritty and the awesome cast, the Thakur family, do a superb job in emoting... Krishna and SS are very well-etched characters. CVs, you are doing a very good job so far, so pls continue.
But a track showing a man molesting his wife's brother does not seem to go with the 'love story' background you have built through Krishna and Pratigya's relationship. Am sure such horrid things happen. But do think carefully how you want to take it forward after wards....Krishna will have to kill Shakti, to stay true to his characterisation. Or SS will have to do that... either way, Kesar will be hurt more... Krishna will feel guilty about putting Pratigya near such a horrible man. Pratigya will be even more angry with Krishna for pursuing her when knowing what his family, or his brother was like. The Mathurs wll cry even more...
Does not sound like a good track at all. If the intention is to show how women suffer, do you also intend to show how women overcome suffering, using their brains? Not all women suffer all the time all over India! If you intend to show how domestic violence takes many forms, then do show Pratigya outwitting this horrid Shakti using her brain, and taking Krishna's support. Let's see if Pratigya will be bold and different from other soap-heroines!
