i doubt even if abhishek care about his career. He is very much happy with his life, having a beautiful life partner, great parents he doesn't really care about his career. Whatever opportunity comes, he's happy with it. Same goes for Shahid, as Vishal said if shahid gives importance to his career than looks he be number one actor today which is true. As for ranbir he really concerns about his career and that's his first priority as he mentioned in his interview that he will choose career over relationship.
