Do you think these contestants( Mayuresh, Jai, Vrushali, Amrita and Dharmesh) are really ready to choreograph and judge in Lil masters.
I mean though Amrita and Dharmesh are dance teachers, dharmesh has failed to excel in the many styles that he attempted in season 2, while Amrita has done well in many (but i still think has a long way to go.
I think Vrushali and Mayuresh may also be underexperienced( i dont know much about their background- if they teach dance or anything).
I know Jai's passion for dance has had him exploring many styles and choreographing since season 1, but still i think it should be a while before any of these contestants take the helm as a judge...
it takes years to master many styles, even Masters Remo, Terence and Geeta have to keep asking each other for clarification about some styles. And here we have relative newcomers judgind
I wonder who there support choreography team comprises of...because they will have to rely alot on them...

I don't think so.. judging and all is done by Sandeep and Farah.. while Mayu-Vrush-Jai-Ammu-DSir are gonna be the mentors.. who just do the choreography.. 😊

I won't speculate any thing. once the show starts we will know how good OR bad they are. may be we will be pleasantly surprised. This is a very good opportunity for them as some of them are trying a career as choreographer. Zee at least gave them an opportunity to show their talent as choreographer and they must utilize it as much they can.

Jai had his own dancing school even before he participated in DID. So he's been teaching kids dance for a very long time. Even on boogie woogie he used to choreograph his own dance routines so I have no doubt when it comes to his talent.

Vrushali has a degree in Classical dancing. She's spent almost her whole life learning dance and performing on stage (i've seen a few stage performances of hers on youtube too) I'm not sure how good of a choreographer she will be but I know one thing for sure..when you have mastered classical dancing, the rest of the dance forms should be no problem. :)

Mayuresh-he's learnt dance for many years at TLDA. He is now also a teacher at the dance institute so I am sure he'll do a great job with the kids too.

Amrita-Head of dance department at a school and a talented dancer.

Dharmesh-Good hip hop choreographer..will be interesting to see what else he has to offer.

The ability to make a good dance master requires
1) Sound training or practice in dance
2) Interest in dance and learning about new forms
3) The ability to interact and train
To become a choreographer add to that creativity and innovation. The ability to take one dance form and present it in several different refreshing renditions.
The balance needed varies per teacher and per student. Some people can be brilliant dancers, but cannot teach for the life of them – because they do not know how to break it down and train people. Some great dancers are poor choreographers because they can follow instructions but cannot put together a routine. One the other hand some people are mediocre dancers but they can make excellent masters and choreographers because of their ability to train, their understanding of dance and their creativity.
Of course Zee has picked these old contestants to generate some hype with familiar and beloved faced. But all former contestants are good dancers and have experience in some form of training/choreography. The only thing that needs to be seen is how they adapt to the reality show format and how they handle kids at various phases – usually training is in groups of par – here everyone is at a different place with different learning graphs, learning styles and attention spans and interests too. It will all come down to who adapts best. My only real doubts are with Dharmesh and if he will be able to go outside the box of his conventional styles. But who knows he could surprise us with his teaching skills.
