I think she should ahve take few tables and analyzed else where rather than teh whole package.

nakul might know right away . if he opes the drawer to fidn that file.

If she finds out this is medicine that will harm Omi how would she convince dadi and Omi?

secondly..........Even if she exposes Nakul to Dadi and Omi I find it hard to believe that they would believe her...Nakul can always say she is trying to split the family and using Omi's innocense to do it......And if Nakul finds out she is pregnant during that time he can always say she is trying to cover up her own misdeed of a child that is not Omi's...............And her family's misdeeds to get her married of to Omi so they can save face.............
