I think there are one of two (or both) reasons why Ishaan is this really sensitive guy

1) He is gay - that would explain alot...especially him hanging out with women to compensate. He may not want to ruin his image as this hot shot casanova and lose the female audience by "coming out"

2) He was once fat when he was a kid and know how it feels to be picked on

maybe he was fat and gay😆

Woahhhhhhhhh! If Ishan turns out to be GAY of all things, I'm going to be shocked out of my mind! lol....he deffo doesn't give off the gay vibe AT all! I think it's more likely that he might have been overweight as a kid too....that's a good theory to explain his empathy towards Mahi.

Okay I read the title of this topic and was totally gonna start my "It is wrong to diss people" speech 🤣

You know, I really hope that that's not true- the gay part. It would explain a lot... OMG :'(

I want MaShi 🤣 but maybe he'll hook up with Sid. Okay NO! Stop brain. I want a straight Ishaan. 🤣

Yeah, he may have had some body issues in the past. You never know.

Well....I think you may also consider another theory:

Ishaan is a GOOD guy...not the typical jerk, not the proud and nasty boss, but a guy who doesn't go by looks alone...

After all, not every person who doesn't tease and insult fat people is GAY or FAT ....!!!
