Nadira

Nadira, the Mud Mud Ke Na Dekh girl, died this morning in hospital after a prolonged illness.

The 75-year-old actress was diagnosed with tuberculosis meningitis after she suffered a stroke and was admitted to Bhatia Hospital, Tardeo last month. She was living alone.

Her most famous role was that of a vamp in the Raj Kapoor starrer 'Shree 420'. She acted in 63 films, among them such hits like 'Pakeezah', 'Julie' and 'Sagar'.

Tragically, most of the big stars of yesteryears die sorry deaths with no one by their bedside! Nadira, you will be remembered!
