Sept 28 Breif Update

Hey guys, Shantell couldn't do the update today, and since nothing too exciting happened today, here's breif highlghts

Uday runs excitedly to Sudha and tells her that she is free to go, because she have been diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder [Multiple Identity Disorder]

Uday apologizes to Sudha for not believing her and promises to help her get better

Jyoti tells the family about Sudha's disorder

Dadi and Padma still don't believe her and Kalpana explains the symptoms

Jyoti tells them the story about Sudha having to take her clothes off, and blames dadi for not being a good parent

Deepu confirms this, so Padma believes him, and Jyoti explains how they are all at fault

Dadi feels bad and wants to bring Sudha back home

Dadi apologizes to Sudha and asks her to come back home, and she promises to treat her like a princess

Sudha is overwhelmed and agrees

Meaning Dadi specifically knew about Sudha having to take her clothes off? All this while, I was under the impression that this stripping incident was unknown to her.

If Dadi knew this all these years and did nothing, she deserves to be stripped naked and paraded throughout Udaipur.

One stupid question was asked by Jyoti, though. She told Padma that when Sudha was being chided and excoriated by others, she never sheltered her or did anything to comfort her, even though she was her child.

How can Jyoti have such short memories? Sudha was never her (Padma's) child. Both she and Sudha are step-daughters, and there's no reason to forget that, because Padma never does. Had this been Sushma, that would not have been the story. The reason Padma did nothing when Sudha was being scolded was that Sudha was her step-daughter, and therefore, Padma couldn't care less!

On the above, KK and Padma did not exactly look shocked. In Friday's episode, Uday and Jyoti looked shocked, Deepu was still reeling w/ guilt, and Pankaj was disgusted. But in this clip, the look KK gave was like someone telling him that Sudha had burnt the dal that was being cooked, rather than someone telling him that his own daughter had once been stripped naked.

Padma's look was more that of disappointment of her ironclad victory against Sudha being demolished right before her very eyes, than that of any remorse at what had happened to Sudha.
