Is Talent really a Necessity to make it Big?

Which actor in Bollywood, has never got their dues as good actors because of certain issues that keep coming up, making all differences.. Biasedness towards a certain group of actors only! Success is the only thing that matters here, talent can count and makes a different only to a certain extent.. Rest is all politics and groupism that goes on, and the ones who fall short of any of these fall short of good films and offers..

How fair is this system of Bollywood to just judge every book by its cover only? There are so many good actors who've proved their acting prowess but are nowhere to be seen today?😕

We have a lot of actors who are very nice... I find Irfan Khan a superb actor! But the going by the bollywood rules he disqualifies in 3 departments

Unfortunately no talent alone isnt enough.But then again Life isnt fair so we cant expect Bollywood to be fair when it is a family run business 😛
Which is why I really appreciate people like SRK who have made it on their own.

very good question and very easy answer that is bollywood mein gadha bhi hero ban jatta hai. Any stupid movie can work here and anyone could become hero provided you are related to someone or have certain connections. I agree with you 100 %.

i think it is a blend of talent, luck, contacts, compromises.

Its all firstly about contacts practically everyone who you do not even expect is related somehow...and grew up together or something. Then i think it is down to talent and what route you choose see their are some actors that from the start do films they choose to some of which do get appreciated but no real big success like in top actors then their are some who might or might not be as talented choose the right films that work with the audiences that gets them noticed and allows them to make a bigger mark.
