WANTED and DIL BOLE HADIPPA


The two Eid releases, S.K. Films enterprises WANTED and Yash Raj Films Pvt. Ltd.'s DIL BOLE HADIPPA have both been censored.

As per trade reports, the Salman Khan-Ayesha Takia starrer, WANTED, has been rated as an action flick and given an 'A' certificate (C. C. No. CIL/3/66/2009). The Prabhu Deva directed WANTED has a total length of 4,247.56 metres in 18 reels, with cuts only in sound.

While the other Eid release, the Shahid Kapoor-Rani Mukherjee starrer, DIL BOLE HADIPPA, has been rated as a social and granted a 'UA' certificate (C.C. No. CIL/2/115/2009). The Anurag Singh directed DIL BOLE HADIPPA has a total length of 4053.45 metres in 14 reels, surprisingly with cuts of 2.18 metres. .

Here's wishing a very 'mubarak' and stupendous opening to both the Eid releases, WANTED and DIL BOLE HADIPPA.

im really confused. im not used to A or UA. can someone please explain. Does A mean like its rated R?

this is seriously stupid. like what can be wrong with DBH? and i dont think there is soo much violence in wanted to get an A. this is too much.

no wanted is going to be violent ii really think it's fair cause the original was very violent

Why is DBH a U/A?

I heard Pokiri is violent so I am not surprised after Kaminey got an A rating.

Ah thats not good news for Wanted. Look how much Kaminey suffered! Thats a different thing that the film itself was brilliant 😆
India needs to change its censor ratings.
