vidya character so wel portrayed
she is mother her language is so refined & sweet
if we mark she has never talked harshly / biased with antara
or whenever abhi has ask a favour by kissing her palm / giving her
2 new dress with a sweet smile she accepts it
she has love for antara the confusion has been added more
as she pregy she absolute ly worried about unborn baby
if the character of antara was extra smart very intelligent
vidya pov would hve been different
but hear antara has autism very difficult to
digest it she has no idea how to cope it
with lack ofinformation
information means how long duration, the expense,
how much antara wil be able cope & many mor e issues
frankly
know we are aware of dyslexia , autistic, slow learner
kids
as we have compulsory counselors in many school
who hve majored how to deal with them & what best
information in their activities, studies should be given

As time wil pass vidya wil accept antara more openly
as a mother i feel her character is so strong itsssssssss
very difficult to accept hubby illegitimate child
if the child is born from first wedding it can be accepted
but
I just love vidya character very true straight & honest
( try to put ourself in vidya shoes & think about her character )
dats my pov
pl put in your pov

i totally agree with you. Infact so many viewers have criticised her character.... but i think she is a strong character....and I have full respect for her....
her character is going through conflict and that has been potrayed really well....insipite of difficult times she has never been rude or mean to antara....she has always kept a nice face in front of her...as for aditya...i think he deserves this treatment from her completeley. I mean how could a husband dot his after marriage....and hide it for years....i think she is completely just.

What nice face in front of Antara??? She shown her dislike for the child so much Antara has felt it. Which is why when Antara after taken to get testing came with a bandaged hand pulled away from her touch. Abhishek asked this mother to take care of it. If it wasn't for the boy she would of never done anything to see to her comfort. She never even moved to help the child. Granted she was wronged by Aditya. But nothing warrants this continued mean/nasty/weird/rude/distasteful looks towards a child with this disorder. She knows of the child's disorder and her helplessness to defend herself.....yet she acts like an idiot and let people speak badly and walk all over the child. THAT IS WRONG. What you have against the husband should not be transferred to an innocent child. My god the child did not ask to be born in that situation but she was. Yes she's the product of the affair but she's just a child.
AS THE SAYING GOES....DO NOT BLAME THE CHILDREN FOR WHAT THE PARENTS DO. The innocent party in all of this are the children...If she can't try to feel anything for Antara or know she never will and can never forgive Aditya then why stay??? So many women I've seen stay after an affair for their kids and end up being contantly unhappy...This is modern times not the middle ages...No one is forced to stay in a marriage if they're not happy or know they never will be....Divorce the man and move on......In a way the man is doing it all now...She is not helping a bit.

I think its is easy to preach others then practice.....I thin vidya's character has be shown to be very practical and this is how any KIND HEARTED PRACTICAL girl will react and open to her situation.
Pleeeeease I think we guys have been fed up with very high doses of so called sacrificing women of our telly world, that we fail to appreciate any sort of realistic emotional reactions.............😆

the best about vidya i liked she has a mind of her own
her individuality
&its just a matter of time her bond with antara
wil be rocking as it wil come out from heart & not Forced by anyone

Thanks sharmak for sharing your pov

Pl no offense
we are only writing about the character
I feel is very difficult & early to accept
but as time goes her bond with antara
