Shreyas Talpade & Daisy Shah - in Palaash Muchhal s movie.
As far as I know, in any village there is a magistrate type of person. Even with religious ceremony, the marriage will be registered there.ok I'm confused don't you need divorce papers if your marriage was registered in court?
If you go through only the religious marriage ceremony especially in a village, then would you still need divorce papers??? Do villagers register their marriages as well? Please somebody clarify?I know that Talaaq exists in Muslim marriages with/without paperwork, but does divorce exists in Hindu religion marriages?
