Guys....did u too find this line a lil hurting?!!......I know it was said jokingly..but it hurt me!!...The dialogue Writer should not have included this line, even though it was a fun moment(My POV)....Whe she is actually beautiful, what was the need for it yaar?!!.....Earlier too when Nupz was shown counting the kamis( demerits) in Mayank(when she said that he is not as tall as Hrithik..not as smart as Srk and all that), i didn't like it that time too!!...Actually i don't like such sc. where one character is shown to speak the demerits in other actor!!..These kinds of things are common in films as well...and as usual i don't like it there as well!!!!...Par yaron, yahan pe baat Rati ki thi, so i could not digest it!.....So thought to ask ur views!.....I know it was said in a funny, teasing way,. but don't u guys think that such lines often hint at the actor directly!!..I frankly don't like such funny lines which directly/ indirectly are de-gracing the actor!!....
I need to know ur views too on it!!....😊

I thought it was kind of funny.. Just because he loves her he should not change his saracastic way of talking. I think the reason Nupur loves Mayank is because he is this sadu akdu types. I thought it was a very real scene. I have had friends who tease their gfs like that all the time but not in an insulting way.. I mean he did go out of his way and customized the magazine for her.. didn't he? And I think the whole point of that line was sort of to tell her that it doesn't matter how she looks, she is always gonna be the bestest looking for him..

Hey...wellll...I dont think so...coz see...Mayank said it coz he thinks nupurs beautiful the way she is...SHEs the one who thinks she dosent look good...i mean its very common..even when we see sum of our pics we think we look horrid...But our family or luvd ones dont think so...Mayank n nupur see each other n love each other for who they are on the inside.... How they look n all becomes trivial when u have a deeper connection... Thats just what i think..😊

guys actually am not talking about Mayank and Nupur here....Obviously Arjun would not have said so if it was not in the script....but i m saying that by including such a line, they are showing the viewers what they(creatives) actually think about this actress!!....That is why the dialogue writer included this line na!.....See guys, i give u an example--
In Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Salman said "Kaali hai, moti hai, nati hai...etc, for Kajol...".....and won't u agree with me, that Kajol was actually a lil fat at that time, when KKHH was being shot?....So including such lines, directly aim at the actor!!.....I know here it was a fun moment as after Mayu said so, Nupz hit him lovably, 😆but guys it was aimed at Rati.....and deffo it was a wrong line coz she is really beautiful😳.....Guys these are just my views...i don't wish any one of u to concur with it until u too feel so😊....and i respect ur views too coz i know what u r saying, that too is correct!!:))😊

I don't think the writers put it down to say they think that of her.. With Kajol it was a different thing but even a blind guy would say that Rati is pretty... I think you are misunderstanding the point of the scene. The point of the scene was for Nupur to think that of herself and not because writers think that.

Ha ha!!!The creatives have to be blind to aim sumthing like this in ratis direction!!
If they thought shes not gud looking they wudnt have cast her only na yaar....Guess wer reading too much between the lines!!
