it goes back to one own individual. this thing might not be right in the eyes of many people, in the eyes of society it might be considered to be such a bit and lowly thing, in the eyes of religions this is to be stricly prohibited and a sin to do such thing cause we were created to be what we are and it is a sin not to be grateful about it but to change it because of our whim. but nowadays there are many controversy and disagreements about this topics. some people agree that doing sex change is completely fine and some people think that it is really against human nature and is supposed to be prohibited but now everybody does what they think is right in their own eyes. fifty years ago pre-marital sexual relationship was considered to be a big sin, a big mistake and it will affect the girl very much who will marry a man not being a virgin but now many people especially in those places with high technology and rapid modernization are doing it spreading really fast to developing countries such as india, malaysia, indonesia, africans countries and many other. live in relationships and promicious were considered to be a disgrace to the society but nowadays many people would prefer to have this relationship rather than marriage relationships. so this transexual changes whether this is right or wrong will go back to the individual itself.
