Help needed!

hi all!
there is this question i wanted to ask!
and um sorry if this topic is posted here.
In the section 'New members intro' i am regular and active.
i want to become its Moderator but i cannot PM its already existing moderators as they hardly reply to PMs.
what should i do?
I mean i know they are busy at times but the PMs have gone way long back and still are unanswered.
please answer me.

p.s. i dint post this topic in the 'ask your doubts.questions/queries here' topic as i am the one who answers people's questions since a long time. so i thought maybe someone will be able to help here.
p.p.s i also want to get a permission from the Mod to start a particular Sticky topic. How can i do that when they dont answer me?
