As if her brash and bold image wasn't enough, she had to go and pose topless in a glossy. She acted in quite a few hit movies like Karan Arjun and Krantiveer, but the most publicity Mamata got was when Islamic groups issued a death penalty on her for wearing a burqa to evade photographers. It is said she now lives in New York with her husband and we say keep her!

Meghna Kothari

She made the mistake of stepping into Bollyworld with Feroze Khan's Prem Aggan, opposite Fardeen. Skimpy clothes or Fardeen Khan's launchpad, instead of taking her places, took her straight out of Bollywood, till Gurinder Chadha's Bride & Prejudice happened. Even in that, she is remembered for her snake-dance sequence which people cite as unintentional comic relief.

Kim Sharma

She has that annoying 'I'm a Delhi babe' pout, and no roles worth speaking of. Most people don't know this starlet has been trying to become an actress for years... they think being seen at social dos is all she does. No, wait...she was cricketer Yuvraj Singh's squeeze for some time and that's how they both made each other a little more famous.

She looked like a prude when she entered the big, bad world of Bollywood, but now is a different story. Despite regularly trying her hand at acting, this Bong bomb remains best known as an item girl. she denies having undergone plastic surgery, but old and new pictures scream a thousand words. Now if only it'd help her stagnating career...

Negar Khan

This vixen shot to fame with an Indipop remix of the classic Chadhti Jawani, and went on to erm, act in a couple of movies. One of the most controversial wannabes, Negar was thrown out of India for not having a work permit, and that also ended her rumoured marriage with actor Sahil Khan. She gained even more publicity because of her wardrobe malfunction at a fashion show and for walking around topless at some beach with a new lover.

Tanushree Dutta

Is this pic sleazy or what? Tanushree, after modeling, got into Hindi films and her career so far has been nothing to boast about. The least best looking of all Bong actresses in Bollywood, Tanushree was recently embroiled in a major controversy, in which she accused phenomenal actor Nana Patekar of touching her indecently during a song rehearsal. Result - she was thrown out of the movie!

Rinke Khanna

It's highly surprising no one asked Rinke Khanna what she was thinking when she decided to join the film industry. Coming from a family of actors (Rajesh Khanna, Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle) is no excuse to jump on to the filmy bandwagon, and no one can is a better example of this than Rinke.

Yuktaa Mookhey

Another one from the fashion world, this model (?) is known more for her pathetic dressing sense than anything else she has ever achieved. She starred in some B- grade flicks and mercifully disappeared, surfacing every once in awhile, being heard of or written about only for wearing gaudy clothes in public. Most of Mookhey's films bombed, making the producers dookhey. Last heard, she got married to some scion named Prince. Maybe he will buy her some new clothes...

I miss Mamta out of all of these.
