Ahaan Panday has landed in the middle of an unexpected social media controversy after an Instagram account allegedly linked to the actor was spotted following an OnlyFans model. What started with a few screenshots and a screen recording soon turned into a Reddit discussion, with users trying to decode whether the private account actually belonged to the Saiyaara star. However, there is still no confirmation that the account is Ahaan’s, leaving the entire matter in the realm of online speculation.

The private account mystery that sparked chatter

Social media users claimed that the account in question was a private profile connected to Ahaan, pointing out that it was also followed by people from his close circle, including his mother, Aneet Padda and Sharvari. A screen recording allegedly showed the profile following an OnlyFans model, with users claiming that several similar accounts had been followed recently.

The situation took another turn when eagle-eyed users noticed that the alleged account had unfollowed the model. That only added fuel to the discussion, with some Reddit users joking that the person behind the account may have noticed the growing chatter. Others continued to question whether the profile was genuinely Ahaan’s, a fan account or an impersonator.

Ahaan and Aneet Padda’s relationship rumours

The online discussion also brought Ahaan’s equation with Aneet Padda back into the spotlight. Following the blockbuster success of Saiyaara, the two young actors became the subject of persistent dating rumours. Neither has publicly confirmed a relationship, but their private social media presence and occasional sightings together have kept fans guessing.

Reports of the duo holidaying around the same time, along with fans noticing similar locations, further fuelled speculation. Their chemistry in Saiyaara also became a major talking point after the film’s phenomenal run.

From Saiyaara breakout to gangster drama

Ahaan, meanwhile, is moving ahead with a busy line-up after making a major Bollywood debut with Saiyaara in July 2025. He has collaborated with Ali Abbas Zafar on an action-packed romantic drama, where he reportedly plays a character who transforms from a young boy into a feared gangster. The film also stars Sharvari, Bobby Deol, Jimmy Shergill and Aaishvary Thackeray.

He is also set to reunite with Mohit Suri and Aneet for another romantic drama, which is expected to begin production later this year and target a 2027 theatrical release. For now, the Instagram controversy remains unverified, but the sudden unfollow has certainly given social media plenty to talk about.
