Mumbai, September 2 (Kulwant Singh Mararr): Our Fitness Regime: Staying fit and looking healthy has now become a part & parcel of this business. My fitness mantra consists of drinking lots and lots of water. Taking lots of rest because that is what you are deprived of these days. Also these days I'm trying to avoid the frenzied schedules so that the work is more paced out. Last but not the least is meditation. I love meditating because it is not only good for your system, but also to keeps stress at bay.
Your Beauty Regime:
to have minimalist make up and follow the process of cleaning toning and moisturizing. As soon as we pack up after the shoot I make it a point to remove my make up immediately. Another thing which has worked wonders for me is again having lots of water and to keep on smiling.
Favourite food :
I'm a big foodie and I have got a big sweet tooth as well. I love having lassi, dahi puri, pani purie, and especially home cooked food. I'm so sick and tired of eating out, that these days I simply crave for "ghar ka khana".
But I must confess, I'm a real bad cook. Its just recently, that I have started cooking and some how manage to make kichdi, rajma and gobi.
On an Off day:
I simply just laze around in off days. More often than not, me and my friends we just head to some resort to chill out, relax and spend some peaceful time together. Basically, the idea is to unwind completely. We also prefer going to nearby places like Lonavla, Mahabaleshwar, Matheran and Goa.
Books:
though I'm not much into books, but I love reading the literary works of Munshi Premchand.
Apart from these I occasionally I dig into intelligent articles in magazines like India Today and Outlook.
Hobbies:
These days one hardly has any time to pursue any hobby. But earlier I was into adventure sports, Rifle shooting, water sports, singing. I'm totally an outdoor person and love trying out different things. These days , thanks to my busy schedule, hobbies are just restricted to chilling out with friends and do some intellectual reading.
Plans For Bollywood:
No plans as of now. I don't think I'm prepared for Bollywood as yet. See, when I joined television, I came with a bang. I want the same thing when I enter Bollywood.
Motto in life"take life as it comes…"
Dream Role:
Oh so many of them…Since I love Kajol, her each and every character has inspired me. I would love to play the characters she played in movies like Fanaa, U me aur hum, DDLJ, jab pyaar kiya toh darna kya…..etc etc. another favourite would be Nandini of Hum Dil de Chuke sanam.
Inspiration:
Oh, I draw inspiration from a lot of people around me. My parents, my elders. Sometimes maybe actors like Aamir Khan for the kind of roles that they do. But basically I draw inspiration from 'Myself'…the kind of person I am, the values that I have imbibed and the strength of character that I have.

TWO things I really loved about the interview. 1]She is learning to cook. Hehe!! 2]Her favourite actress is kajol. I always wished her fav. was Kajol because I personally feel that if you want to follow anyones acting then it should be Kajols! Yay!! And even though its an unfair comparision, she does sometimes remind me of her.
Lovely....!
