well i had a similar discussion with one of my teachers one day...and he was like that if Teens are havin a relationship with opp gender...no probs...they should have a healthy relation and knw where to draw the line...

well pretty true! bt the thing is that teens sometimes get influenced and forget abt limits..thats bad

I personally feel that even when ppl get married its not exactly true love...I don;t think love kicks in until a mcuh much later age...cuz it develops through being together nd understanding nd all that...

But I do believe that ppl who are meant to be can meet at any age and this may just be the beginning of something much much better.

Sure they may not be experiencing true love...but I think they eventually will by being together for like years...

But I do have to say if they're gonna be with one person their whole life...thats not really getting to know ppl before u tie the knot...so are they sure they're making the right decision? LOL

But really cute!

usually it's just a case of infatuation
but, a real good friend of mine, she and her bf liked each other in yr8, he asked her out in yr9...so she would be 14 when she went out with him, he would be 15 (but same grade).
she turned 20 in march, and he's about to turn 21 in august.
basically they both "knew" as they say. they already know they will get married. their parents know. but his parents dont agree yet...coz the girl isn't a brahmin. sigh.
but looking at them, it IS love. it's not any crush or anything random. it is real.
so yes, i can believe that. but then again, these cases r pretty rare...

Most likely it is not really love love. It might be a heavy duty crush-infatuation. But what ever it is, it is natural growing process. Nothing wrong or bad about it. Time will only tell what happens with those 2.

yes teens do fall in love. I had experienced a very similar thing with my mom's so called friend's daughter who was in a relationship for a few years or so. Teens thinking about marriage depends on the teens themselves but I think they think about marriage as of a fear of loosing each other or something like that.
If their parents want them to get married than I would say it's nothing to worry about since they are good family friends and if their parents had thought about them getting married, this happens in desi families - parents have good friends so they plan for their child marrying their friend's child and it doesn't bother the parents, I thinkConfused
your niece calling her boyfriend jeejaji Ermm is probably because she's really happy for her friend and their relationship .. I think it's a sign of respect.Confused
