Urmila, the ideal choice for Mehbooba

Actress Urmila Matondkar and filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma are coming together to recreate on the big screen a Helen song that has been a cult dance track for years.

If there really was any fallout between Urmila and Ramu, it is going to end soon when Urmila does the famous Mehbooba Mehbooba song in Ramu's remake of Ramesh Sippy's Sholay , one of the greatest hits of Indian cinema.

The original song had the charming Helen dancing in a den of dacoits. The song in the Ramu's remake will have a different setting.

The song will be the remixed version of the original.

In Ramu's words, Urmila is the "ideal choice" for the song because "she has the sex appeal, a beautiful body and excellent dance skills."

Ramu and Urmila haven't worked together since Ek Haseena Thi .

Urmila says she can't replicate the skills and spirit of Helen. So she will do her own thing in Mehbooba Mehbooba.

Well, that would be something to look forward to.
