yeah they looked so cute together,but i think that kavya would also be with ayush becasue in the setindia website it says that he falls in love with a doctor older than him so its gotta be kavya

i agree there are getting to many girls in this serial i honestly liked tani but they killed her. but i think soniya deserves ayush not kavya idont like her at all
