This guy is one of the few brave men in B-town!
It is a common sight in every Hindi film where a hero risks his life to save other people in distress. These are the most altruistic souls you'll ever see.
But emulating what you do on screen, in real life is not everybody's cup of tea.
But here is one actor who is a real life hero too. Muzamil Ibrahim risked his life and saved an elderly British woman who was getting drowned in the sea in Goa.
Looks like finally there is somebody who can give Akshay Kumar a run for his money!
The
used to find it really funny that generally Akshay ends up saving lives of only celebrities and to be more specific, ladies. Both Lara Dutta and Aishwarya Rai were heard quoting that Akshay had, in fact saved their lives. Akshay the modest soul obviously didn't deny it too!
Well, coming back to Muzzamil, he was awarded the bravery award for saving the lady.
However, this is not the first time the lad has won such an award. He had also won the Rashtrapati Award for Bravery (1994) when he was in fifth standard for saving a boy from drowning in 1992.
Now, this guy seems to have started his superhero act pretty early in his life. Who knows, probably somebody pushed him from behind!
Anyway, he made his debut with 'Dhoka' directed by Pooja Bhatt and will next be seen in a comedy film 'Horn Ok Pleassss' with Nana Patekar and 'Dheeme Dheeme' with Priyanka Sharma.
By the looks of it, The
really wonders who'll come to save his drowning career!Hmm, this is only another reason for me to finally see Dhoka, which I had wanted to only because of Muzzamil. 😉
