I'm looking forward for My Queen, My Rules. The rest of the drama I watched, he's just there. There isn't any one drama I could name he did really well!

The Rebirth of the Malicious Empress of Military Lineage

Swathi, the hero isn't a marquis !

he turned out to be Prince Rui. (Marquis fake identity thi)

Their love story is a very slow burn romance. I'm at Chapter 132, and the heroine still doesn't seem to have any feelings yet; only the hero's interest in her is being shown.

There have been a few jealousy scenes, though. But the novel is really good.

Someone in the comment section was saying that they hoped Zhang Linghe would get the role of the hero.(Mai akeli aisi nahi hu)

I think the show's official filming hadn't started yet at that time.

Once Road to Glory comes out, I'll probably move on from The Pursuit of Jade.

@leprechaun, I wanted a spoiler. Was Xie Jingxing reborn too?

Personally, I don’t think Zhang Linghe would do justice to this role. I don’t think Dylan Wang would either, though it’s hard to explain why. To me, Xie Jingxing is the very blueprint of royalty. The royal of all royals. I’ve never come across another character who embodies regal presence and authority the way Xie Jingxing does.

That’s also exactly why so many fans were disappointed with the casting. Many casting rumors have been rejected by novel readers over the years because they believe Xie Jingxing’s aura is impossible for any actor to fully capture. The production team’s licensing contract was nearing its expiration, so they finally settled on this cast. Otherwise, fans would have continued rejecting casting rumors indefinitely.

Shen Miao just keeps thinking that she needs to increase the guards in the courtyard.

And there was one scene that made me laugh a lot .

one princess pushed Shen Miao into the water, and shortly after that, someone threw that same princess into the water in the middle of it.

That person was Xie Jingxing

Btw the legend of the female general drama not as good as the novel ?

Xie Jingxing is savage 😂 he entered through her window more than he ever used the door 🤣

Drama and novel both are good in their own ways. The drama completely removed the rebirth part and due to that change some plot developments were dropped. Romance is highlighted in the drama but novel has its own charm in terms of romance.

If you're ever giving it a chance I'd suggest you complete the novel first and try the drama and not pull another The Princess Royal
