I agree to everything that you said except that it is Tulsi's fault. No it is Karan's. Living a life as a husband away from your family (for whatever reason is cheating). Karan continued doing that for years.

Now that they are known to everyone, suddenly she is blaming Tulsi. I can agree that Tulsi is at fault here for bringing Niyati home, but primary fault is still of Karan.

Nandani is only blasting on Tulsi, this makes no sense

She is blasting Tulsi because it was her decision to bring them home, for Tulsi's sake she has agreed Karan to support Niyati & Reyansh, she didn't even complained when he was talking or visiting them in front of her, whereas no woman would agree to do so, but she did! because she cared and respected Tulsi, Nandini clearly mentioned that they should stay away from SN! Nandini has all the right to be upset and question Tulsi and Karan and which she did with both! Tulsi is definitely at fault to ask Nandini to leave Karan & SN, that really doesn't make sense after Tulsi claiming to be motherly figure to her DIL and being woman herself!

Exactly Mihir sleeping with Mandira was when he was in his full senses n with his own consent to woh rape kaise hogaya ? Lie or no lie he agreed to sleep with Mandira which means his consent was there therefore it was no rape..Even if he was lied he had the choice to not sleep with Mandira but he didn't do that so how exactly is this rape ? No married man sleeps with a random woman just bec he was lied about her mental health.

That is exactly my point. If at all the doctor had told (lied) to Mihir that Mandira could be cured if Mihir sleeps with her and that was the reason for Mihir to sleep with her then that could definitely be a r**e as he mislead by false information into sleeping with her

But here it was nothing of that sort. Having mental ailment or not has nothing to do with having a relationship. So it was definitely not be misled into sleeping with her

Any random information not known/lied about while getting the consent doesn't constitute r**e. That information should be crucial for leading one to sleep with other.

I mean if any false information shared/any not fully informed relationship leads to r**e, then I guess Mihir had done a marital r**e to Tulsi because when Shobha was conceived before that Mihir (while in amnesia as Amar) had slept with Mandira. Mihir never told this to Tulsi, she only got to know about it after Mandira got pregnant (this season)/pretended to be pregnant (S1) and we know that Tulsi might have never stayed with Mihir had she known this beforehand. So, this consent of Tulsi was not fully informed.

Nandini already blasted Karan and threw him out of the room! It's good she is leaving SN, she now needs to give ultimatum to Karan! as Tulsi has kept Niyati & Reyansh in SN; they are her responsibility, she shouldn't expect Karan & Nandini to bear it further! If Karan still wants to do so for Tulsi, it's better Nandini leaves him also; like she did at time of Tanya!
