My only point is that even without knowing her reality he shouldn't have slept with her because he had that choice but the choice he made was to sleep with her.He took that decision himself..lies or no lies u don't go around sleeping with random woman when u r married to another woman..That's why for me he isn't raped..Had he been drugged or having memory loss then he would have been raped as he wouldn't have made decision himself. Rape victims have no choice while Mihir had a choice when he slept with Mandira..
