Also aryaman's literal meaning is someone who's heroic, a companion. There's a reason why Ekta has given him this name, he is going to be Naagin's soulmate and would help her in near future. The press conference pilot also suggested that he'd go against his family and be with ananta in her mission. He's gonna have an arc, I'm sure it'd be worth it.

It doesn't mean what name anyone has, he's being absolutely useless. It doesn't make any sense for him to be the hero, because he has 0 qualities of being one.

Also the fact that nagas are strictly loyally monogamous, and this is the sarvashestha naagraani, it doesn't make any sense to pair this bewda devdas with HER. Langoor ke haath mein angoor ho gaya. Not to mention the 'love story ' makes ghanta sense because WHAT PURVI HAD WAS THARAK. He's hot and she liked him, that's it. You can't translate that fleeting feeling into something so powerful that she'll forget the revenge for her own family (while naagins revenge has been the core story in franchise).

PCC, namik are doing well on popularity charts. Naagin is doing exceptionally well esp when you consider that it is no 1 ITV show on OTT. Actual Netflix hotstar shows made for ott aren't gaining that kinda viewership. And yet the Jodi isn't even in top 10. Because there's no story. And you can't make it out of nowhere. Just because they've great physical chemistry doesn't mean that'll work without a story and they've dropped ball on Arya character.

Killing Arya and getting his twin or lookalike is the only way

It's just 14 episodes.There will be more stories.Aryaman Suri (♥️) is not a simple character lol He's definitely a mysterious character which will be unfold later.Have some patience.Why so hyper? And we, Namik fans are watching naagin obviously for him and obviously Aryaman Suri character is interesting,we don't need a look like different character of him.Seeing conference confession,there will be surely a moment when he will help naagrani and in naagin,every season mls fell for naagins but here Aryaman had past so it's his biggest mistake?lol but it's makers who write this.Aryaman character isn't bad or boring, maybe for some people but not for all and story isn't start fully yet.When in ivs yesterday Namik and Priyanka said their love story isn't even start then too they're no 1 couple (minus pr list masala) then when actually their love story will start people will shower more love to them.Obviously Namik and Priyanka are leads, neither Namik's Aryaman character will be killed (why will kill,is he a criminal? Exactly, that's what I'm saying. If purvi fell in love with aryaman within 4 days then it's not his fault. Did he lead on her? Did he give her any false hopes? Nope, he just treated her like a normal employee. Abhi purvi madam ne khayali pulao bana liya and confessed that she'd love him for her entire life even if it's one sided toh isme Arya ki kya galti???

Like you mentioned, primik ne khudh bola that love story hasn't started yet, they'll have a falling in love phase so why to be so much negative about ml? If people can accept the negative lead of naagin 5 being turned into positive so why not give one chance to aryaman? I've said it before also, that I don't mind that Arya didn’t fall for the naagin at first sight, it's okay, he'll understand her slowly and then fall for her. Naagin ka soulmate ka matlab yehi hai kya ki his entire life should revolve around the woman and he should forget his own existence??The show has just started and a lot has to happen.

Also if ananta isn't able to forget her love for aryaman despite the fact that for her he's the one who stabbed her, toh yeh bhi aryaman ki galti? Allow me to jump in and add my two bits.

It's Naagin , not Kumkumbhagya or Ye rishta where story will run for infinity , hain na . 14 episodes is not less . It's 27 % of naagin season 5 . So like more than one fourth of the show is done ! No one knows how long a show like naagin will last and it never does more than around 100. Even one of the most successful and blockbuster seasons like S3 ran for 104 episodes. Do the math .

OK, if 14 episode was nothing and story barely started why marry off the leads in a hurry with literally zero rituals? My mother went to the kitchen to check the oven and by the time she came back marriage was over. Ye to Chingistan wala shadi se bhi upar chala gaya jaha apparently 5 minutes mein shadi hota hai. So we can see it's not us viewers but CVs that are in a hurry jaise ki koi train chhut rahi hai.

Let's face it, they're in a hurry because ratings are tanking and CVs are desperate. They think getting leads married will automatically fix what's lacking in their dynamics. But unfortunately there's no such quick fix. If you want something to click with the viewers you gotta work on it. You want to ace the exam you need to study . You want to lose weight? Got to exercise.

CVs need to put in the work, the effort.

There's absolutely no problem with Aryaman having a past. Problem is that's kind of the whole point of his existence in the story , which honestly justifies the term loser some are using for him. If he's offed from the show , now what will change ? Literally nothing. What's his contribution to the storyline other than getting drunk , making trouble and moping about his ex ?

We all appreciated even highly praised his characterization pre wedding and even found it refreshing that he didn't fall for Purvi ( fake ) at first sight. He still had his past then which was a big part of his arc but we took it in stride because his character was not so one toned , boring or pathetic pre wedding. It had some substance. Which is missing now. Frankly, every time he appears on my screen nowadays I wait for him to disappear and even clown Erul is better than him now atleast he entertains us and his role serves a purpose unlike the freaking ML of the story.

Just read previous discussions and you'll know.

Let us not condone absolutely lousy writing for Aryaman just because we like Namik. Namik deserves better.

Rest, all you said , those things that Aryaman will supposedly do , well , he has done zero nada zip till now so we can't already be giving him prepaid cheering for his non existent heroism can we ?

Only thing he can claim credit for are a bunch of criminal activies. That includes actual illegal actions.

We blame him for being a stalker. For being a guy who roofies women and then takes their pictures and spreads them to s!utshame them. From my pov there is something mysterious about Aryaman's character and that will be unfold soon.Namik didn't said yes for a showpiece character.14 episodes ok enough,but also not enough to judge Aryaman character this much badly,you are sounding too harsh and rude.When Namik and Priyanka themselves are saying main story abhi start bhi nhi hua.Then why so much assumption regarding his character? And it's not that she was unaware about her marriage with him, rather she herself wanted the marriage to happen, don't forget it.I won't say anything anymore now but will just say stop being too harsh on Aryaman character,stop judging him too much and wait a little to see if there will be any twist regarding his character.And if not, then we Namik fans will urge Ekta to spare Namik from the show because we also don't want a weak character.We are still hoping for better progress of his character and we are hoping his character will be interesting later and there will be big twist and Aryaman will be the big twist of the show.
