When it comes to dedication, perseverance and determination even though it means working very hard - with patience and confidence - every achievement in whatever field may have got success because of those who had the energy and maturity to invest their inner fire to do the neceessary.

In my opinion, this is the most important, even though success may not have been the reward... there always is one - if only in oneself.
