Prarthana:I broke up with my boyfriend.I want to show my ex boyfriend that I can live without him.That's why I agreed to marry the boy chosen by my parents.

Shivansh:Well done Prarthana.Every girl should do this instead of crying over her useless ex boyfriend.You are a role model to all the weak girls.

Prarthana smiled slightly.

Shivansh entered the room.Prarthana was wearing an ordinary saree.

Shivansh:I thought that you would be wearing a glittering attire like the brides we see in movies.

Prarthana:It's old fashioned to wear lehenga or gaudy sarees at nuptial night.They are so heavy.I am more comfortable in normal clothes.That's why I wore a simple saree.

Shivansh smiled:I can understand that.No problem.Can I tell you something?

Prarthana nodded.

Shivansh:I had fallen in love with you at first sight itself.That's why I talked to you that day.

Prarthana was stunned.

Shivansh:I was very sad to hear that you have a boy friend.But I felt very happy to hear about your break up.Because I got what I desired for.I am lucky to have you as my wife.I have never loved anyone else in my life.I did not even have a casual girl friend.

Prarthana became emotional.

Shivansh held her hand.She removed his hand off hers.

Prarthana:I feel tired and sleepy.I want to sleep.So can you please stop talking and leave my hand?

Shivansh got embarrassed.

Shivansh:Ok.You sleep.

Without even looking at his face,Prarthana just lay down on the bed and slept.Shivansh became dull.

Shivansh's mother Smita said:It's Prarthana who made arrangements for the morning puja.

Shivansh's father Kanti said:Prarthana is the Goddess Lakshmi of this house.

Shivansh and Prarthana smiled.

Shivansh:If Prarthana is Goddess Lakshmi,I am the Lord Vishnu of this house.

They all laughed.

At night....

Shivansh entered the bedroom.Prarthana was excited to see him.

Prarthana:Shivansh...you came.I was waiting for you.

Shivansh became very happy.

Shivansh:You sound sweeter when you call me 'Shivansh',

Prarthana blushed.

She went near him and caressed his face romantically.

Prarthana:Then now onwards I will call you only 'Shivansh'.

Suddenly he realized that he was imagining it.He saw Prarthana sleeping on the bed.He became sad.He lay down on the bed silently.

Prarthana was sitting in front of the mirror.Shivansh stood near her.

Shivansh:I will help you to wear the jewellery.

Prarthana:It's ok.I can manage.

Shivansh:Ok.

Prarthana tried to take the earring from the box.But it slipped and fell down.Shivansh took the earring from the floor and fixed it in her ear.

He took the other earring and put it on her other ear.

Prarthana:Thank you Shivansh.

Shivansh smiled.He moved closer to her face and began to touch her face.

But Prarthana walked away.

Shivansh:Why did Prarthana just go away from me?

Shivansh and Prarthana went to Prarthana's house for the pag phera ceremony.

Rajvansh and Purvi served them food.

Purvi:In our family during the Pag Phera ceremony the newly wed couple has to feed food to each other.

Shivansh blushed while Prarthana became dull.

With a smile,Shivansh and Prarthana fed food to each other with their hands.

Rajvansh and Purvi took Prarthana to a corner.

Rajvansh:You did not tell anything to Shivansh.Right?

Prarthana:If I had told him everything,instead of food,he would have fed me poison.

Rajvansh-Purvi became upset.

Prarthana held Purvi's hand and said:I have obeyed both of you.I did not tell him anything.

He looked at her beautiful eyes deeply.

Prarthana moved away from him.

Prarthana:Thanks for saving me.I feel sleepy.Good night!

Prarthana went to the bed.Shivansh felt neglected and sad.

Poor Shivansh If Prarthana Didn't Want To Marry Him She Could Have Said So And She's Hurting His Feelings

Lovely story. I have not seen the movie but I am always excited to read anything on PraShiv.
