Honestly if this forum’s moderator wants to take ownership, we don’t need captains. Let everyone read individually this month and the mod can tally scores.

End of 2025 can mark the end of BTRC.

Shibu, Vera — we saw the effort, time, and heart you put into the BTRC. You handled everything with so much sincerity, from the drafts to the siggies to the coordination, and you deserved clear communication before your work was set aside. What happened wasn’t fair, and definitely not something you should have had to deal with after giving an entire month to this.

You two did everything right, and the confusion did not come from your end. Anyone who followed the process knows how much you contributed and how much you genuinely cared about doing justice to the challenge.

And honestly, after all this, I truly feel we should pause the BTRC until Riya comes back. She created it, she knows the flow best, and things stay consistent when she’s around. No one should be hosting under mixed signals or unnecessary stress.
