Poor karishma, her whole life has been a struggle. Now she has to see her kids also fight for their rightful rights.

The lady Priya seems very greedy to me. Never seen such greedy woman like her on my entire life. Her ex husband is very rich whom she has a daughter with and her late husband was super duper rich. She wants to get property from both of her husbands by using her daughter. So she wants to eat cake from both plates and she doesn’t want to give even a piece to anyone. Like how much money one needs to survive?

There is much more going on in this woman than 'only' greed...she has a criminal mind, imo.

Wife gets everything over the ailing mother.. who along with late husband and her late son had sacrificed so much for building the business..

Karishma’s children are asking whatever is legally their right over their father’s estate..

This goes on to show that in business families, business and assets should be given to children.. only with an ironclad Will and Aged parents or business men should keep certain parts of property or money for themselves to keep their life running.. ( in case the children try throwing them out.. )

I don’t know about Indian laws but in the west when a man dies all his personal assets does go to his wife. That’s why millionaires and billionaires should have a whole legal team working on their wills to ensure other family members are protected.

But business and corporate assets, specially one as large as this one, may not necessarily be a personal asset even though he was more or less the owner. Priya taking over like this is definitely shrewd, and may also be a case of taking over just to make it challenging for others to fight her.
