Priya's daughter from first marriage changed her surname after Sanjay's death to kapoor

And priya wants to sideline Sanjay's children claim n usurp whole wealth. What a greedy woman.

Karisma's kids have full right on their father's property, it doesn't matter if Sanjay left Karisma 15 years ago.

For her kids, she needs to help them in every way to get their share if the property.

I haven’t had a chance to read any of the articles about this. But this whole situation just seems bizarre to me. Sanjay was a billionaire. How did he not have an ironclad will? He was young enough and educated enough, and experienced enough given his two divorces, to know better. Unless there’s a will but everyone is being greedy for more and hoping they’ll wear the other side down with legal battles.

But ultimately, Karishma’s kids are entitled to a very large chunk of that wealth so 🤷🏽‍♀️

Priya has presented a will made in March 2025 in which everything was named to her only n nothing to karishma's children.

But sanjay was trying to get his children Portugese citizenship in May 2025 to avoid inheritance tax, which is contradictory if he made a will in March 2025 n was giving nothing to them.

So Karishma's children have challenged the will in court n trying to prove it be forged.

Untimely death and a will naming everything to his wife raises a lot of suspicions.

Priya has alleged that his children got 1900 crore from family trust. She is taking 30000 crore and asking his children to be satisfied for 1900 crore 😂

OK, we obviously don’t know the truth 100%, but it seems highly unlikely that Sanjay wouldn’t leave his two children with Karishma anything.

There's another article that she quickly tried to send some 1900 crore (maybe as shares) 2 days before the case. But they have not got that also it seems.

Priya Should have retained the will. So many employees r working n the company and so many clients, this case will have a negative impact.
