Salman is doing normal masala movies since 2010. They are not intense movies like Kabir Singh or Animal. Only he did similar kind role which you mentioned is in Tere Naam (2003).

Tere naam doesn't fit at all in this category, the difference between Kabir Singh and tere naam is the real answer, both are love stories, the difference is them is the answer!

they had more intense, gore action scenes which lacked Marjaawan I think.
