In ishtam mathram Param was already introduced and he didn't seem to be a problematic guy also.So I used to think whether they will show the track of ishita meeting the mysterious guy and it leading to misunderstandings.But here they showed ishita meeting Vinod secretly and staying in the hospital with Aditya.So Mahesh's family is doubting her.
