My personal opinion is kinda diff. I think the post-leap season was kinda meh, not a total flop, but not a hit either. Not a flop 'cause even tho they copied a popular Star Plus show (which many ppl already watched) and there were no suspense elements, it still got TRP and stayed in the top 5. But a flop 'cause they didn't always stay top 5. Lots of times they were 6th, and even that show Advocate Anjali got better TRP than Ghum most of the times ,I saw it on twt ppl trolling ghum that even AAA doing better. Jhanak was doing well then, and Ghum was at 6th. After Jhanak dipped, Ghum's TRP went up again and got back in the top 5 nd recently got top 3. So yeah, that's why I think the last season was kinda in-between.
And they can't keep going with the old gen 'cause they're copying a Bengali serial where the FL is illegitimate. They can't do that here. Plus, I think this PH isn't interested in continuing the post leap season with saraj ', cause 6 months ka contract sign hota hai. Jisko renewal karte hai makers. They could have renewed it, but they didn't. They're in a hurry to start a new story to get back to their OG roots, I guess.🤷🏻♀️
...It was ranging between 1.9 to 2.3 when top show getting only 2.5 , Ghum was doing good but there was nothing more exciting to go on, even with Ishan's story was the same they destroyed the story by bringing back Reeva and keeping her as Ishan's constant companion...2.5 with Rajat they coped exactly YHM which was not interesting either ..Bhavika is only 25 yrs old no way she was looking like mother of Kian even to Sai ...The casting was a mismatch ..It is good that they gave a happy ending and start with a different story ...I felt bored since it was too much about " children" and Rajat's DPP ...etc...I want to try this new story , which looks like " Pathralekha's story "
