13V a lot of people wrote Parmara, I don't understand why. Talagunda inscription is the oldest inscriptional record of names of Rig Sama and Yajur Vedas, Kakustha (Kakusthavarma) was the one on whose praise it was inscribed.

I got region jammu Kashmir but then Google showed me other answer
