Congratulations for successfully crossing the barrier of Round 1,2 and the bonus rounds.. This is great enthusiasm shown is really appreciated...

Welcome to the third round Mile Deshprem Mera Tumhaara

It's a simple round for match the columns..Where you need to match the items in column A with the items in column B.

So here we go...

1000088219.jpg

Before that, let's take a quick look at the rules.

1000027228.jpg

  • This is your game and your game alone. That means, you shouldn't discuss the clues or helping each other! Anyone caught cheating will get disqualified. This is to make it fair for other members who are working alone.
  • Each item in Column A has some very close connection with one item in column B in relation to Indian History and you are expected to match. Please note that there might be multiple elements in column B that matches one single item in column A due to some reason or other, however if you chose any item which I haven't considered as the correct match, result would be at least one element in column A not finding a match at all(and vice versa), hence it would be considered wrong (I might still consider if your match is different from mine and yet to are able to prove connection for each items in both columns)
  • Like in previous rounds you might ask for hints, but total number of hints will be limited to 3, one point will be deducted for every hints taken
  • Each incorrect answer will cost your 2 point. Each correct answer will give you 4 points. There will be no effect on your score for not answering. Aside there will be 2 additional points given if you can explain reason out the connection between the element in column A and its match in column B
  • Any general queries regarding the quest can be asked in this thread.
  • Once you have completed , PM your response to FlauntPessimism before the deadline with the subject "Round 3 Answers".
  • Round 3 will end on 24th January at 11:59 AM IST.

So the filled HissWord is as given below

1000088270.jpg

1000088284.jpg

14 V Belgaum

Please note that following pointers have been considered for scoring

1) There are differences in how Hindi/Sanskrit names are spelled in English hence all the variation of the correct answer is acceptable if it fills all the blocks and the spelling of any other answer isn't being effected. For example for 5V, the names Junagarh and Junagadh will be considered correct. Similarly Skandagupt for SkandGupta both will be considered correct, however Skandagupta won't be considered correct

2) The answer for 9H is Chandra, I will not consider anyone who has mentioned Chandragupta

3) Only the people who submitted their responses in Round 1 have been considered for this round

The scores are as given below

Ho I m awake still

I m getting feeling I m bk to school now

Match the following paper aaya.

Was thinking fill in the blanks na aaye

Ok.i hv question teacher ji

1) how do we answer this.. it's image. So can we answer like before

Example answer 1A matches answer 17b etc etc

That would be easier for me

2) multiple matches in both columns. However from multiple if we select only one which could be correct, does that still count

3) no answer no point, wrong answer minus 2 . right answer plus 4, any hint minus 1 for each hint. But this is applicable to my second question too?

4) u want us to gv reason or connection for matched answer. Is that compulsory or optional

5,) there are 16 questions or 17

I'm unable to see clearly if anything is written on 17

That's all for now

1) Yes you could answer like A1 matches B16

2) There is only one match for each item which will ensure that every item has a match, you need to find that one match. For example 1A might have some connection with both 2B and 15B but if I had considered the 15B match, and you chose 2B instead, you won't be able to find a match for 15B and one item for column A will go unanswered too, so 1A match to 2B will be considered a wrong answer even though they are related in someway. And marks will be deducted.

3) I think that got answered in the previous response

4) Giving reasons is optional and will fetch you additional points if they are correct.

5) There are only 15 questions in 16 rows (first row is header), 17th serial number came by mistake while I was taking a snapshot

Hope that answers. If anything else you ask me again

I saw two columns of single words (almost) and started matching with my answers for round two.

None matched. I was wondering, how come Google and I collectively failed so bad?🤔

Then I realised they were clues for Round 3.smiley44

I will take a break and attempt Round 3 tomorrow.

Cheers..
