Geo dramas never end before 45 episodes (exceptions are there like yahya-most recently)

Ye show jitna lamba hoga utna jyada degrade karega and people will call it failure

The show would have been far more watchable if it followed the original plan. I am sure Kadwani told Haseeb to stretch it as much as possible. KRQ has no fault cos his shows are always written in that range anyway.

jsa ended in 30 episodes and there was no stretching.

what i don't get is ke agar 45 episodes chahiye toh 45 episodes ka script likhwao. 30-35 episodes ke script ko 45 episodes banana zaroori hai kya.

Kadwani expected it to a blockbuster and thought he would milk it as much as possible. Serves him right

the slow pace,long pauses, slo-mo scenes, slow dialogue delivery, the repetitive voice overs just amplify the script issues. agar drama fast paced ho and lots of things are happening at a go, toh script ki bohat weaknesses get glossed over.

in fact nadeem baig does the opposite. if krq script is 27 episodes, then nadeem will wrap up in 24-25 episodes.

IDK why but this is a new trend in PTV industry...originally likha huwa hota hai 27-30 but 10-15 episodes kheech lete hai..

They did the same with khaie also which is a thriller...initially it was written for 16 episodes lekin kheech ke 29 ho gaya

JSA ke time may be haseeb didn't agree..but he shouldn't have agreed for SMD..this is really not done...!!

Yeah I said the same thing yesterday..if the drama was directed by nadeem baig and produced by humayun,this wouldn't have been the case ...it is so frustrating to watch only because of the dragging and repetitive scenes and voiceovers

IMO the main story didn't start yet..but these episodes and track could have been wrapped up long time back

he saw the final cut and thought it would be a blockbuster, really?

in all their other shows, geo has very fast paced initial episodes to hook the audience. the dragging only starts after e15-e20, once the audience is hooked. this is the first time they didn't even make an effort to hook the audience in the initial episodes.

Kaddu thought jaise danish or hiba ke naam pe JN ko 2B views aa gaye, yeh bhi wahaj ke naam pe blockbuster hojayega. But he overestimated Wahaj's hype. Also, JN had some entertainment value in the start. And, if nothing else, at least Daniba worked, DT did not look like he had jaundice, and had some aura.
